The Paris Period

In 1932, Milena went to live and work in Paris.
Her first independent exhibition in the French capital represented the crossroads of her artistic development and affirmation. The whole world and the creme de la creme of Paris’s artistic community were enchanted by her artistic creations.
She had several successful exhibitions in Rome and other Italian cities.
Milena created her most famous paintings while she was living in Venice in 1937.
She continued this success in 1938, which was also a significant year for masterpieces in her painting opus.
She left Europe in 1939 for America.
