  • Between the two world wars, the palace was home to the publishing office of a daily newspaper that was edited by Ferenc Fenyves. He was a firm proponent of democracy and advocated ideas of social justice and tolerance.
  • Beside Ferenc, the other particularly noteworthy tenant of this house was the wife of his brother Lajos, Klára Geréb. She completed art studies in Budapest and was the first graphic artist in Subotica.
  • Today, this building houses the City Museum.
