  • Doctor Dragomirović’s primary interest was surgery, which, sent by the Serbian government, he specialized in Berlin between 1907 to 1909
  • At the end of June 1924, he founded The Ovčar Medical Surgery Sanatorium, with two operating rooms and the first X-ray machine in the city of Čačak
  • He met his future wife Milica in Čačak. Born in 1882, she was the older daughter of the legendary military leader Duke Stepa Stepanović. They married in mid – 1902
  • Dr. Kosta Dragomirović was the personal doctor of Duke Stepa Stepanović
  • Milica and Dr. Krsta built the Dragomirović Palace in 1924. It is one of the few old buildings in Čačak that has been preserved to this day
