- The house on the corner of Glavna and Dubrovačka streets was built in 1823. The sundial for which this building is known for, was placed on its facade in 1828, five years after the house was built.

- Jovan Subotić, a famous Serbian lawyer, writer and public figure spent the last years of his life in this house.
