- Prince Mihailo Monument is located in the Republic Square, in front of the National Museum. It was erected in 1882, as the first public monument with representation of an equestrian figure of a ruler in Serbia.
- The author of the monument is the Italian sculptor Enrico Pazzi, while the reliefs on the monument were performed according to the drawings of architect Konstantin Jovanović.
- The monument is dedicated to Prince Mihailo Obrenović (1823–1868), who was assassinated in the Košutnjak.
