  • The Building of the Patriarchate was constructed between 1933 and 1935. It is the administrative seat of the Serbian Orthodox Church and its head, the Patriarch of the Serbian Orthodox Church.
  • It was built on the site of an old, demolished Metropolis court from the mid 19th century. The building was designed by Russian architect Viktor Lukomski.
