- House in 6 Zadarska Street was built in 1926, according to the project of famous architect Branislav Kojić, who was one of the founders of the group which gathered modernist architects in Serbia.
- Architect Kojić spent his entire working life in this one-storey family house. The building is a rare example of the application of folklore in Belgrade architecture.
- The project for the house was created by connecting recognizable motifs of traditional architecture and elements of modern architecture.
