- The building of Smederevska Banka (Smederevska bank) at 39 Terazije Street was built between 1910 and 1912, after the project of the architects Milorad Ruvidić and Isail Fidanović. It was originally a house of merchant Milan M. Stefanović.
- The building has kept its residential and business purposes to this day. For a period of time, a branch of Smederevo bank was located in this building and thus, the citizens of Belgrade adopted the name Smederevska bank building.
- The building is designed in the Art Nouveau style, which is especially visible on the main facade.
